Great Products BUT Unreliable Delivery!

Ordered gift basket to be delivered for a 100th birthday celebration out of state. Ordered well ahead of time, 11/21 to be delivered 12/2. Basket was not delivered when requested, still in transit for a 12/5 delivery. Contacted customer service chat on-line & the rep shipped another basket that morning to be sent UPS Next Day Air (still some hope for the party). Nope - missed again - still in transit to be delivered on 12/5! This is not the first time this has happened to me either. Last year's Christmas order had the same story. Great product, just don't count on delivery when you need it. I'm very disappointed. BTW, to get overnight delivery - they say it takes 2 days!

VERY LATE!!!

I ordered 2 weeks early for mothers day. For delivery the Friday before mothers day. It is 11 days after MOther's day and it is still not delivered. My mom is having to go pick it up from UPS herself. Sad sad sad!!! I have bought from here before and never had this problem, but seriously....it's a week and a half past Mother's day and she still doesn't have it.

Product had a nice variety of selections.; however the chocolates in the tin, one of the best offerings, were melted. Customer service offered a discount on the next purchase because of this as the season for chocolate shipping was finished.
Because I often send the baskets as gifts, this was satisfactory.
