The original one I ordered was out of stock and they did not notify me. My gift was late and I really didn't like the choice I made on the second one. Disappointed that they didn't let me know there was a problem in the first place.

My brother liked getting this basket for Christmas. I selected this gift basket because famous-name gourmet items are used, not some unknown brand like "John Doe's Crunchies".

Sent to a a recipient at a university with a "c/o Recipient's Name" and "Maildrop XYZ" format for the address. This format was allowed by the ordering screen, but did not reflect in the order receipt. I also ordered the 3-day delivery and paid $6 extra for it. This also was not reflected in the order receipt.

Upon calling, the representative indicated he had made the corrections to the address and delivery method and that I would be able to review the correct information online.

I looked the next day and the information had not been updated. I called back and a different representative indicated the information was correct in the system.

I had to take at faith that the order would get to its recipient without an issue on time.

It did, but I still don't like not being able to verify information myself electronically.

Have ordered from this company for many years and 100% of the orders that were ordered arrived on time, never damaged and fresh products.You get so much bang for your buck,it's nice not to be getting ripped off. Only wish we lived in a state that allowed wine to be sent. Thank you for many years of customer satisfaction.
