This gift makes it easy to send your condolences to a friend or relative. There is a good assortment in the basket and it looks nice. It is great that they don't charge shipping.

Terrible Experience. Never Again.

The product was delayed, and I was very embarrassed about this. My friend's father passed away, an I ordered the sympathy basket on October 21st and it did not arrive to them until November 2nd! I was very surprised when I checked up on the shipment on October 31st to learn that it was still in transit, so I emailed customer service to express my concern about the delay. The answer was that there was a mistake with the sorting facility and they took $6 off the purchase. This hardly makes up for this mistake!!! It was embarrassing to me that my friend's family receives a sympathy basket so long after the funeral. I've ordered several baskets from them in the past, but this poor attempt to resolve a sensitive issue like this has lost my business.
