Comments about Sweet and Savory Collection: I did not get to see the gift basket but the recipient said it was beautiful. And I can not express how amazing customer service was... UPS had messed up the delivery on their end and was trying to charge me double the shipping fee to fix it, I called customer service and they said that they would handle the problem with UPS for me and they did and I didn't have to deal with UPS again or pay them anything. Customer Service can make or break a company for me, and these people were so helpful and so polite that I will now be a customer for life! Pros
