UPS had messed up the delivery on their end and was trying to charge me double the shipping fee to fix it, I called customer service and they said that they would handle the problem with UPS for me and they did and I didn't have to deal with UPS again or pay them anything. Customer Service can make or break a company for me, and these people were so helpful and so polite that I will now be a customer for life! This was a gift for a 90 year wonderful former neighbor who called me when it arrived saying it was wonderful. He especially loves chocolates and said he was hoarding all of them for himself. What I especially like it that it's made in the U.S.A. I use Wine Country Gift Baskets all the time. Pros
