Come to find out a couple weeks after Christmas and they'd never received the basket. There was no tracking information documented in the tracking number either. I called customer service and rather than track the missing basket, they just sent a new one and refunded the shipping cost. The new basket arrived right away. His parents liked it and the customized card that I selected. My boyfriend felt the whole basket should have been refunded since it was almost a month late from a big holiday. I was satisfied with the resolution. I would have assumed the basket had arrived, if I never asked it just would have been a waste of money. I'm not sure if I'll order again from this company or not. Comments about The Classic: This basket arrived less than 2 days after ordering. The box was sturdy and packed full of cushioning material. The basket was huge and chock full of all types of treats. It looked so elegant with its beautiful bow and large sticker. This was a special thank-you gift and it was more beautiful than I could hope for. I will order it again shortly for another friend! Comments about The Classic: I have ordered at least 7 or 8 times from Wine Country and have NEVER been disappointed. I send a lot of these at Christmas and for Thank You gifts. A lot of times I send these rather than flowers as they last much longer and if I am sending to a Doctor their whole office gets to enjoy it. Plus, they can then use the basket after it is empty. Also, customer service is the best I have encountered. THANK YOU, WINE COUNTRY GIFT BASKETS !!! Pros

Comments about The Classic: I did not see the basket,however I rec'd a call from the recipients they were so appreciative they commented that is was "a beautiful presentation the selection of foods was wonderful and they were enjoying every bit of it.
