These were for work and not from me personally but my personal information was on the "from" and not our corporate information. The card seemed lost in the basket (not taped on) when you opened the box and many folks who got these didn't know who sent it. We had to send emails to everyone explaining who it was from...very embarrassing. I think we ordered 28 baskets total.... Comments about The Ritz: I sent this as a sympathy basket to a colleague of my husbands. They called him up raving about the size of it. I have ordered a number of baskets from Wine Country Gift Baskets and even received one myself. I can tell you that I have not been dissapointed yet. The prices are great and the products they use are high quality. One time they did not have a basket I wanted and upgraded to the next at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again! Pros

I did utilize customer service for a small item in regard to this shipment and was contacted within a very short time of my e-mail with great results. Well, we had one with this order, but with one two minute call to the great customer service staff, the issue was resolved, no questions asked. The basket was well received and on time. Based on this experience alone, I expect to be a repeat customer and encourage others to become customers. You won't be disappointed. Pros
