I had typed, checked and filled out the message card with a lovely message to my aunt. Not only was it from me, but it was from 2 other families. I was the only one to receive a thank you call from her because my name was the only one on the basket--very uncouth. I feel as if I can not trust Wine country gift baskets for gift giving any more and that really upsets me. I do love your baskets and they are always beautiful and make a great impression. However, if the message does not go in the basket why send the basket to begin with??? These were for work and not from me personally but my personal information was on the "from" and not our corporate information. The card seemed lost in the basket (not taped on) when you opened the box and many folks who got these didn't know who sent it. We had to send emails to everyone explaining who it was from...very embarrassing. I think we ordered 28 baskets total.... As in the "good old days" of our country and the world, The Ritz was the best place to go. Today The Ritz basket is the best gift in which to invest. I have sent it on at least two occasions. It is the biggest bang for the buck especialy for those who like to overwhelm their recipients. And the buyers receives Free Shipping to boot. Pros

Comments about The Ritz: Unfortunately, I did not see The Ritz gift basket when it was delivered. I sent this to the staff at the rehabilitation center to thank them for for all they did to help my mother during her stay there. I'm sure it was lovely.
