Gave this basket as a thank-you gift to staff at an assisted living facility who had cared for my mother. They loved it. That packaging makes for a dramatic presentation, and the high-quality items contained in the basket clearly pleased the recipients. Although this item is on the pricey side, I think it made a great way to say "thank you" to a group of people who really deserved it.

Specifically requested two of the items be delivered on 12/22. They were instead delivered on 12/20. I had a reason for the time requested. You shipped all items ahead. I will be sure not to order until the last moment next year (if I decide to use your service)so you can't ship before I want them delivered.
You also sent me a $25 gift for a prior year response which I kept to use this Christmas. I was unable to use it on your website. Not a big deal, but not good customer relations. Perhaps this one is my fault.

I sent this close to Christmas. I wanted my family to enjoy some goodies before the craziness of the holidays began. It arrived a day before my requested arrival day (which was fine with me). My family has been raving about it! They keep telling me it's a HUGE gift. (I saw for myself on a video call - yes it's big!) My sister loved the container in came in and already has plans for it once they get through all the goodies. They loved the variety of items. Each person had plenty of favorite goodies to eat.

I got this to cheer a friend up and it definitely did the trick. She was hopping up and down when she got it. I was amazed at the size of it.
The container is so beautiful, she plans to use it at Christmas.
I had one small issue (the handle had broken off). When I contacted customer service, the issue was resolved promptly.
