I have sent several of the fruit boxes to family members and friends, and all have been very pleased. The Wine Country is my go to place for sending Gift Baskets as well. I especially like the free shipping items, or the percentage off savings (every little bit helps). During X-mas (2011) I had to contact customer service regarding my online order I wanted to do an add on and the manager that took care of me was great. I really think they were very busy if the manager was taking calls. VS Most Liked Negative Review Would not buy again The pears were brown and soft. I had to throw all the pears away.
