This product was for Christmas. It was supposed to arrive no later than the 26th of December, however it arrived on the 27th. I believe this was UPS fault, but I still was not happy. The company did refund my shipping charge. Customer Service was as helpful as they could be, but at the end of the day, this product and one other that I sent to the San Fran area was late for Christmas.
