Best customer service I have ever experienced!!
When a shipping problem that would make Christmas
delivery impossible was identified by your
representative, the "golf bag" gift was overnighted(no extra cost)and arrived in time for Christmas. The gift was full of great snacks and the cooler has been used already,my dad loved this gift!! Thanks for surprising us all with your great products and service!!

Since this was a gift for my son and wife, I did
not actually see it but he seemed very happy with it, especially the cooler bag! I was pleased at his call since they're very hard to buy for, at least in my opinion. He also said there was plenty of goodies in the bag!
