I have ordered a variety of baskets ranging from low to high in price. I have not seen any of these baskets in person but, everyone that has recieved them from me rave about them. Not only just to me. They tell other people that I speak to who say "so and so said you sent them the best basket". The delivery is accurate. It is either delivered on time or before the quoted date and I usually always get free shipping. I am very happy with this company and plan to use them again. My friend's father passed away, an I ordered the sympathy basket on October 21st and it did not arrive to them until November 2nd! I was very surprised when I checked up on the shipment on October 31st to learn that it was still in transit, so I emailed customer service to express my concern about the delay. The answer was that there was a mistake with the sorting facility and they took $6 off the purchase. This hardly makes up for this mistake!!! It was embarrassing to me that my friend's family receives a sympathy basket so long after the funeral. I've ordered several baskets from them in the past, but this poor attempt to resolve a sensitive issue like this has lost my business.
