      I have been on the receiving end of your gift baskets many times and LOVED it! This time I sent several giftbaskets(painfully) to friends..They LOVED it!
      Problem: After creating my profile and password I was not able to access the website. So I had to reset my password not once, but every time I entered the website including today to provide customer feedback. This is unfortunate. I think you should be aware of this problem. It is a source of frustration and you will likely loose customers as a result. Please have your I.T. personnel look into this. I'm probably not the only one who has experienced this. I have no other negative comments. My friends and I love your products and I wish to continue using your service to provide them however, If I have to deal with password resets each time, I'm out.

      This is my first and last purchase from Wine Country gift baskets. Although impressed with the nestled boxes, the size did not meet my expectations. I asked my daughter who actually got this as a gift for Mother's Day; she commented that the pairing of the food items in that particular arrangment was disappointing.

                I always send the sweet towers or birthdays treat as a second gift. It can be used as a single gift the treats are always fresh and enjoyed by all whom receive it. In the last 3 months I have sent out for every occasion six of the sweet towers and I always receive a call thanking me about all the variety from chocolates to cookies and candy. I always have a great experience when my family and friends receive them. Highly recommended
