Cons Best Uses Comments about Starbucks Coffee and Tazo Tea Collection: I selected the Starbucks Coffee and Tazo Collection as a "Thank You" gift for a special family on our Christmas list. It was sent across the United States from California to New Jersey. It arrived in show-case condition before schedule. The customer service representative was cordial and took my order and verified the order before the transaction was completed. I was pessimestic about Internet gift baskets in the past, until I received one, two years ago, from Wine Country Gift Baskets. Wow!! and Yum..Yum.. I don't use any other gift basket company since then. Pros

They would be starting from scratch & might not even think about coffee & tea because when you work in a bigger company you just take for granted that stuff is always there. They loved it! Pros
