WCGB customer service was fantastic to deal with. The use of UPS delivery was horrible esp when I paid extra due to a friend's Dad death and I needed to send something other than flowers. I cannot thank WCGB Customer Service enough for all they help they gave me and they even sent a small replacement gift next day air which DID arrive as promised. UPS lost track of where my original G/B went but promised it would get there although not in the 3-day delivery I had purchased! Needless to say, the recipient and family were amazed once my original order finally was delivered. Although they loved the small consolation gift WCGB sent, they felt guilty when they received this beautiful gift basket. They couldn't thank me enough for thinking of them during their grief. The basket was a wonderful gift and the recipients appreciated the arrangement. This is was the most appropriate gift for the occasion. Every family who received this absolutely LOVED it. They all stated how beautiful the basket came and how impressed they were with the variety of different brand items and how delicious they all were.
