I ordered a gift for my sister and was told it would arrive at her house on her birthday, and yet, it did not arrive until four days after that. Considering that this is a company that specializes in gifts, timely delivery should be the most important aspect of their services and instead it seems that they simply do not care. I will almost certainly not order from here again.
