The web site was a bit deceiving about the guarantee of the delivery time. Example, it was not obvious to me that a Mother's Day gift had to be submitted by 1:00 pm on a certain day. Missed the delivery by one day. They offered a 50% discount for the misunderstanding, but I didn't need the money, only wanted a timely delivery. The next time I order, I will pay more attention to the "Contents" tab rather than the "Description" tab for each package. Pros
