No one was home the first two times the delivery guy tried to drop it off, and Wine Country Gift Baskets contacted me to see if there was a different address to send it to, etc. so that the basket wouldn't be sent back to them after the third try. Everything worked out and it was delivered on time. Pros

Comments about Bon Appetit with Merlot: Very nice basket and my father enjoyed it over the holidays. I paid $20 for guaranteed delivery and my father sat around and waited for it all day, and it did not arrive.
