Most Liked Positive Review Christmas Gift Baskets The gift baskets were wonderful. Nice variety and everyone enjoyed them. Wine was ok but wish we would have gotten a better brand. The order shipped right on time and was delivered Dec 13th as I requested. The order shipped right on time and was delivered Dec 13th as I requested. My friend opened the wine on Dec 27th and the bottle of Merlot had gone bad. I called customer service and was told that another bottle would go out the very next day. The person I spoke with didn't even know that wine could go bad and had to keep putting me on hold to speak to her supervisor as to how to handle it. To my horror, I found out on Jan 10th my friend had still not received the bottle. I called and was told it had never shipped because the person in customer service just ordered another bottle instead of replacing the entire basket. The excuse was that the person I spoke with was a temporary person for the holidays. They did replace the entire basket but it was 14 days later and I had to spend my time getting it handled. My issue is that if you are going to put people like that on the phones to handle your customers, you should AT LEAST put them under a supervisor who knows what to do.
