Comments about Callaway Vineyards Duet: The recipient of the basket was very pleased. The basket was set to be delivered on time, but the recipient was unavailable on two attempted deliveries by UPS. So I paid for faster shipping, but ended up having it delivered 5 days late, after the wedding was over. Next time, I'll order chocolates, not alcohol, so I won't have to worry about signatures upon delivery. Pros

Comments about Callaway Vineyards Duet: My first time using Wine Country Gift Baskets. All my recipients received their baskets on time and loved them but some of my baskets contained wine which had delivery delays due to a required signature and no one being at home. Although they were delayed, a quick e-mail or call to their excellent customer service staff, who were right on top of the situation and made sure I received a call & e-mail to inform me what time the basket would be delivered to my recipient. Great communication both over the phone & by e-mail which is very important to me when choosing an on-line company. Pros

Comments about Callaway Vineyards Duet: The gift basket has great presentation. I'll be very proud to give these out as gifts on Wednesday. The free gift card that came with the basket is very tacky and does not represent the quality of the product. It would have been nicer if they created a smaller card and centered the message.
