First I had a question about the zip code. On the internet it looked like it could have been two different counties. The customer representative went out of her way to help me...even putting a note telling UPS about how there might be a discrepancy in the zip code .. and to be sure they sent it to the right address. Then, when the package was delivered three times with no one home to accept, I received an email suggesting I give a work address and they would be happy to have UPS deliver it there, with no charge to me. This company is one of the best companies I have EVER dealt with. I am very pleased with everything about them. Their products and their help. I placed my order on the last day of "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery", which was Dec. 17. It was part of the "shipping included" selection. Unfortunately, it did not arrive until December 28!! When I submitted the order, it indicated that delivery would be Dec. 24th, which was fine. All of a sudden, on Dec. 21, it changed to delivery date of Dec. 28! Unacceptable! I was embarrassed, and I am not looking forward to another reason for her to complain about me! I order from this Website ALL the time, since ALL of my husband's family lives far away. Comments about Cliffside Cabernet Bon Appetit: My recipient loved it, so my guess is that it is a gr8 gift. It reached few days late though, but UPS said, it was due to weather related delay. Overall, it seems to be worth the money spent. I dint get to see the gift, so I cant comment on looks or presentation or taste. My recipient liked the idea though. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Pros

The presentation was lovely and this basket was a good value for the money. Order in time to take advantage of free or low everyday shipping. We paid an extra $20 to have it delivered near Xmas and appreciated that option for a last minute order. Pros Cons

Maybe UPS is not the best choice for delivery as they seem to have a problem finding addressees. The last order not only arrived late but we were told the cheese and crackers appeared to be old and stale (they advised that other cheese companies they received from had much fresher items. No comment was made on the wine. Pros

Comments about Cliffside Cabernet Bon Appetit: This was a surprise basket for my daughter-in-law for her birthday and I wanted it delivered to her at work however she decided to take the day off, I was frantic however the customer service lady was able to switch the delivery and get it there a day early. She absolutely loved it, she said all her friends were jealous and it was perfect for the great snow storm in New York! Will defintely use them again. Pros
