My husband received the gift and love it, and now he is waiting for my arrival home from Afghanistan to celebrate our anniversary.
I was on the phone with my husband when he received it and I can tell by his voice that made him very happy and he absolutely loved it. He sent me a picture and I thought it was amazingly presented.

Ordered the gift basket on 07/20/12 for my little sister's 17th Wedding Anniversary on 07/27/12. Was given a guarantee delivery date of 07/27/12. What a deal huh? Nope.... As of 07/29/12 gift basket had not been delivered. Called company as to why it had not been delivered. They had no answer but was very apologetic and told me where it was, this I already knew from the tracking #. Offered to refund the shipping fee which I gladly accepted. Wanted more but what do you do? Brother-in-law had to run down the UPS man to get the basket on 07/30/12. What do you do? I guess order 2 weeks prior to when you need the gift delivered. Gives them more time.

The worse part was ordering from the website. Instead of putting in the date you want it to arrive, as I did, you have to tell the company when to ship it, not knowing how long it will take to get there. When I realized my gift would arrive 5 days late, I called customer service and she was excellent in making sure my gift did arrive the next morning on a Sat. and dropped the weekend charge. Now I will order again, by only by telephone because of the help I got over the phone.
