The basket is shrink-wrapped tightly and boxed so it doesn't look good. I know it's to protect the contents but it looks hokey. Unfortunately the twine decorations are on the outside of the shrink-wrapping so it's intended to be presented as such. Fortunately I had the baskets shipped to me so I could unbox them and try to make them look better before delivering them myself. Also, winecountrygiftbaskets.com does not have shipping discounts for multiple orders to the same address so if you're shipping to an office or one location, you're paying the same as shipping multiple baskets everywhere. Comments about Douglass Hill Winery Duet: We received this basket as a thank you gift from someone and loved every item in it. The wines were really, really good. And because of the variety, we used or consumed the different items in the basket at different times, and each time we did, we thought of the sender with good feelings. It's a very lovely gift at a reasonable price, so we decided to send it to someone else to pay it forward, and she loved it too! Hopefully, she'll think of us the way we think of the original sender. Comments about Douglass Hill Winery Duet: Although the recipient enjoyed basket and loved the assortment, the delivery of the product was horrible. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday and did not get delivered until Tuesday. I was not notified of this change in delivery time. The only way I find out was I tracked the package. If the delivery date is sensitive and absolutely needed at a certain time, do not buy from this company. Pros
