By the time item was suppose to ship Wine Country Gift Basket was out of stock. Which I was contacted to replace item with something comparable. In the process I was incorrectly charged and it took several phone calls to correct error. Overall I suggest to Wine Country Basket that they keep better inventory of items, because what is the point of placing an order with ample time and then not getting what you expected. It reminds me of the Seinfeld reservation episode "What the point of making a reservation, if you cannot keep the reservation". Also, I don't care for the delay charge. I was not charged until item was shipped. Which I somewhat understand the reason, but it is not practical. I waited 4 weeks to be charged.
