The product arrived on time, the shipping was reasonable, and it is so nice to have a gift delivered for you. The price was reasonable, but I would have gladly paid more for better food and wine. The wine was so bad that i poured it out , the garlic rosemary crackers were so bad i threw them out, the process cheese was terrible, and nothing in the basket was actually good.Im really embarresed that I sent this to other people.

Your customer service is very helpful. Since I send it to my niece as a birthday present I didn't see it. My niece was very happy with it. The basket looked like it had a nice varity of items and the price was reasonable. It did come on the day I was told it would be delivered. I like the varity of baskets you have available.
