They left town earlier then scheduled to their 2nd home which, unfortunately, was before the basket arrived. I called to get the package re-directed to the address they were going to for 3 weeks. It was too late as it was already shipped and scheduled for delivery that day to the original address on the order. However, Wine Country Gift Baskets offered to send a new 2nd basket out to my parent's other address at no charge to me which was just fabulous and amazing customer service. I'm a customer for life! I got the item on Christmas Eve - I was supposed to get it on December 23rd. Customer Service was helpful to a point but they could not help me get my Fleur de Lis basket! I was very disappointed.
