In fact, he couldn't say enough great things about the quality of everything that was in the basket. The basket arrived exactly when I wanted and the presentation was impecable. This is a gift that they will talk about to many for a long time and I will definitely refer others to WCGB. The process was quick and easy and the outcome was fantastic! All except one have had delivery issues some still remain undeliverd and are potentilally on their way back to you. UPS will not deliver unless the over 21 addressed recepient is available to sign if the gift contains any alcoholic produdt. This is totally impractical at this time of the year and the frustration and confusion that has arisen has ruined what was supposed to be surprise gifts. I appreciate that you do not make these laws and rules but you certainly know about them.SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT MAKING THIS CLEAR.I would not have sent any gift with booze had I known of this requirement.I will be seeking a full refund for items that are returned to you. I got to sample the food and wine and was impressed. Everyone loved it. The customer service was amazing. The first basket had a ding in the bucket and they sent an entire new basket. I will definitely order again. Great products and fabulous customer service is a no brainier for me! Pros
