I have ordered from Wine Country for 5 years now. I placed my order well in advance, as I always have. My ordered stated the baskets would be delivered well before Christmas and that I would be notified of shipping date. I never received a shipping email and both baskets were delivered to my loved ones 5 days AFTER Christmas. I was told the addresses provided were not correct, when in fact there were correct. I am very, very dissappointed the customer service person I spoke with would only credit my shipping fee. One would think after being a 5 year loyal customer, Wine Country would offer more than a credit for shipping. What does "100% customer satisfaction" mean; what does "guarantee delivery by Christmas" mean?
