The order shipped right on time and was delivered Dec 13th as I requested. The order shipped right on time and was delivered Dec 13th as I requested. My friend opened the wine on Dec 27th and the bottle of Merlot had gone bad. I called customer service and was told that another bottle would go out the very next day. The person I spoke with didn't even know that wine could go bad and had to keep putting me on hold to speak to her supervisor as to how to handle it. To my horror, I found out on Jan 10th my friend had still not received the bottle. I called and was told it had never shipped because the person in customer service just ordered another bottle instead of replacing the entire basket. The excuse was that the person I spoke with was a temporary person for the holidays. They did replace the entire basket but it was 14 days later and I had to spend my time getting it handled. My issue is that if you are going to put people like that on the phones to handle your customers, you should AT LEAST put them under a supervisor who knows what to do. Comments about Kiarna Vineyards Duet: I got this basket for my dad and step-mom. It arrived exactly when Wine Country said it would, and it looked just like the picture. My dad and step-mom both really liked it and I was also very pleased. My only quibble would be that the basket isn't as full as it seems to be in the picture (there's padding in the bottom of the basket), and the boxes of things(the cheese spread etc.)aren't completely full either. However, considering the price, I do think it's a good value. Pros

The foods that are in with the wines are top of the line choices. The wines are good and the presentation as gifts is way beyond what I expected. WC Gift Baskets is a first class operation and I will be using them in the future. The shipping was ahead of schedule also and that was in the Christmas rush.
