Comments about Mondavi Cellar Selection: I ordered this to be delivered by daughter's birthday but it was not delivered on time due to fact there was not an adult to sign for it. 6 days later it was picked up at UPS. e-mails were sent to me the sender instead of the receiver. Make sure you are sure for delivery date which was a disappointment for me. The products missed being delivered by birthday party. Pros

Of course she prefers whites. She has only opened one bottle of the red and she said it was great so far. Comments about Mondavi Cellar Selection: I have not heard if it arrived ok. This is the second time I had to ship to these people and I think you should let me know if they received it ok. First I had it shipped to their home but the delivery was always tried when they were at work! So I had it delivered to her work. But have not hear if they received it or not! I think the Company should let me know so I don't have to ask them it they received it!! Pros

Comments about Mondavi Cellar Selection: Package was great, presentation was great...CUSTOMER SERVER WAS EXCELLENT. After a minor mistake on shipping date, shipped before requested, the customer service took action and requested hold on delivery. The shipping provider instead returned the shipment which completely missed the mark and endangered my Christmas Gift from even being close to on-time. I called customer service and they apologized about the issue and immediately moved into action to rectify the situation by overnighting the order ensuring timely delivery. Although frustrated at first (whole ship mistake at beginning) Wine Country did what others don't always do and went the extra mile to fulfill the order and ensure customer satisfaction without hesitation or argument. I didn't even have to sigh hard on the phone. Basket arrived (at Mom's house, personally saw package) at it looked great and was perfect. Pros
