I sent the basket to my daughter for her birthday. She said it was beautiful and arrived on time. However, she said that she received 2 baskets instead of the single basket. When I told her this was a mistake, she took it upon herself to contact the company and offer to send one back. She was told that she should keep both baskets rather than go through the expense of returning it. My daughter was extremely impressed with the quality of your customer service (and this is high praise as customer service is a large part of her job.) I believe you may have gained a new customer.
I suspect that the confusion came because when I first ordered I received a message that the following day that the order was still on hold and not proecessed so I went through the process again. Still my order summary showed that only one basket had been ordered.
My daughter was told that the charges for the second basket will be removed from my account.
Could you please verify? Thanks very much.
