It arrived on time and my daughter said it was 'absolutely beautiful' and the dip and crackers were ' awesome' which she used for her Thanksgiving snacks before dinner. The gift was delivered on Dec. 27. This gift was a surprise for the entire family that was in from out of town. When the basket did arrive, the family had already flown home. When I contacted customer service, she did not offer any compensation except "I'm sorry" and "I don't know what happened". I asked for a discount and was given 15% off. It was beautiful and contained many surprises. It arrived a day earlier than I a requested. I had a tad bit of a problem with ordering...when I recieved my confirmation e-mail the order went through twice. But I called customer service and they cancelled one of the orders while I was on the phone with them. I will definetly be ordering from here again. Pros
