Since they were mourning a death, I didn't want to have to bother them with making sure they were available to sign for the basket. When they weren't available after the first attempt, I contacted customer service and they assured me that they will make every attempt possible, and if necessary, can even deliver to a different address. The representative was very professional and sympathetic to the recipient's needs. I would highly recommend this company and have confidence in their products. Our friends were very happy and greatly appreciated the gift. I will definitely be doing business with this company again! Comments about Steeplechase Red Wine Trio: My boyfriend was thrilled when he received this "just because"! The only downfall is that the person has to be home when they deliver it because it requires a signature of someone 21 and over. Of course they come during the day when most people are at work. Since he was not home he had to go pick it up the following Monday (scheduled delivery was Friday). That part was a bummer but he didn't mind at all. I didn't get to see what the basket looked like because he tore into it before he took a pic. I did drink some of the wine though and it was pretty good! I think this is a great gift for any occasion. Pros
