Comments about Sterling Vintner's Collection: The product was what I expected but the UPS delivery was a big disappointment. First it sat in a hot delivery truck in Florida and did not get even an attempt to deliver until 8:05 PM on a Friday. By that time they figured it wasn't coming so went out for evening and missed the delivery. Then product sat in hot Florida warehouse all weekend until Monday when the second attempt to deliver was made about 2:00PM needless to say most of the chocolate items were melted and the wine arrived very warm almost hot but I guess that will be ok once it is chilled. Something needs to be done to insure timelier delivery or mark it so it won't be allowed to sit in the heat and melt. Pros

The product, according to my friends was great, I did not see the product but was happy they were happy !!I will definitely order again on this site !! Pros

Comments about Sterling Vintner's Collection: After my house was broken into and my purse with all its contents stolen...I was devastated. Then a few months later, a new neighbor that had just moved into their new home was cleaning his back yard of leaves and debris and he found my purse. The money was gone..but all my jewelry, credit cards, important numbers, etc. was there! He called me and I was so happy...this was the best gift that I would think of to express my appreciation and friendship! Pros

Comments about Sterling Vintner's Collection: Customers loved the basket that I purchased as a "Happy New Year" gift. They said it was beautifully packaged and had a great variety.
