Wine Country Gift Baskets has quickly risen to the top of my on-line gift giving vendors due to the fact that their customer service is excellent, their baskets are always LOVED by my wine loving recipients, they ship super quickly, their price points are good and they have specials that often include free shipping. In my mind, they are just hard to beat. My mom doesn't drink a lot and likes her wine very light & easy and she said the Pinot Grigio was great. I would definitely order this basket or others from this website again. Comments about Viti Della Terra Pinot Grigio: I was so pleased when my mom opened the box to see that the basket looked exactly like it was pictured. We all enjoyed the wine; I think that was her favorite part of the basket and I'm happy that it was an excellent product. The only complaint was that some of the crackers were too garlicky, but other than that, all the foods were (or will be) enjoyed and there was a nice variety. Delivery was on time. This was my first purchase from WCGB and it went above my expectations! Pros

It was a Christmas package and i would deffintley order from here again and highly recommend this store. However i only did give them a 4 due to lack of communication on employees aware of shipping prices on deadline for the holidays, when they wanted to double charge me for shipping, but than i spoke to someone else and he took care of everthing and i was highly impressed with his eager to assure excellent customer service, as he did..
