They left town earlier then scheduled to their 2nd home which, unfortunately, was before the basket arrived. I called to get the package re-directed to the address they were going to for 3 weeks. It was too late as it was already shipped and scheduled for delivery that day to the original address on the order. However, Wine Country Gift Baskets offered to send a new 2nd basket out to my parent's other address at no charge to me which was just fabulous and amazing customer service. I'm a customer for life! Comments about Francis Coppola Diamond Collection: The best part of this so far was the ordering part. Because of past reviews I read about ordering on line, I decided to order over the phone. The sales associate that I got was very helpful, professional, and took his time with me. He never rushed me into any decision, and was very knowledgeable about the different products that were offered. I was very pleased and satisfied with the service and assistance I received. I sent this basket to a couple that are getting married this weekend. The basket arrived on time, and the couple really loved it. I didn't get to talk to them personally, I was not at home when they Skyped me, but my daughter related that they were really surprised and loved the basket. The groom is a wine "nut" and he really like the selection. The bride loved the presentation. They were very happy with this gift. They were just sorry we could not make the wedding. It's too bad that I don't have a picture of them opening it. I would have loved to see that. Anyway, from the ordering process, to the recipients, this was a "winner". Perfect Gift. Pros

Dasaratham Dyavanapalli was the sender and the second recipient was Selene Venkat Dyavanapalli. But senders name showed as Selene Venkat Dyavanapalli. The Product was promised to arrive on 24th, but did not arrive until 27th of December. The purpose of gifting was not served. It was meant for Christmas. But for these mistakes, I would recommend this to a friend. Pros
