The products are excellent. However, the purpose of this review is to highlight WCGB's superior level of service. Any company can take one's money and deliver a product. It is when something goes wrong that a company is truly tested. Our last gift order was to be delivered to a family member's home. The short version of the story is that UPS fouled up multiple delivery attempts, were given phone #'s and instructions, and ignored all, not even ringing the doorbell on the 3rd attempt when they were home! The basket was not delivered. WCGB sent me an email noting that it was monitoring delivery and saw that it wasn't happening, could they help. They were prompt in their responses to my emails. Bottom line of story: WCGB sent a second basket (while UPS was returning the first) to a new address, no additional charge to me for shipping, or for the 2nd basket until they waited to get the first basket back. WOW!! WCGB passed the service test and set the bar for all others. We will be ordering from them without hesitation in the future. Comments about Crossridge Peak Duet: My friend and I live so far apart. The presentation of the items were great He said the crackers and cheese products were premium. He ate them the first night. He hasn't opened the wine yet but that is all that is left of the large basket. He was so happy when we were on Skype and he showed me. I was pleasantly surprised. Also the personalize card with our image on it was clear and he displays it on his desk. Thanks Wine Country!!! Pros
