| The Wine Country Gift Baskets' Electronic Order Form can be used to place large orders with 20 or more gift recipients. You can easily download all previous gift recipients' information from our website into the Order Form simply by entering your account number and password, after downloading and installing. Simply update and complete the order form to include the gift recipients for each order with gift selections and click on the Submit Order button when complete. Your encrypted order will be sent us and you will be provided an order confirmation number. |

| The file you are downloading is compressed. To begin, ensure you are using Windows 98 or higher and Excel 97 or higher. XP Users can use their built-in extraction tool to extract, for all others, we recommend using WinZip. |

| For XP Users |
|
| 1. Click on the Begin Download link below and save the file to your desktop. |
|
| 2. Right click anywhere on your desktop and select New then Folder to create a folder to contain the extracted files, name it EOF Extraction. |
|
| 3. On the desktop, locate the file WCGB_EOF icon. Right click on the WCGB_EOF icon and choose open with compressed folders. |
|
| 4. Decompress the file by clicking on the Extract All Files option under Folder Tasks which will start the Extraction Wizard. |
|
| 5. Save the contents to the new folder on the desktop, EOF Extraction. |
|
| 6. Click on Next at the bottom of the Extraction Wizard, then on Finish. |
|
| 7. The EOF Extraction folder will open, just click on Setup which looks like a sailboat to begin the installation process. |
|
| 8. A Wine Country Gift Baskets icon will be placed on your desktop after setup is complete; this shortcut should be used each time you access your order form. |

| 9. You are ready to begin, just click on the new Wine Country Gift Baskets icon. |
|
| For WinZip Users |
|
