| The Wine Country Gift Baskets' Electronic Order Form can be used to place large orders with 20 or more gift recipients. You can easily download all previous gift recipients' information from our website into the Order Form simply by entering your account number and password, after downloading and installing. Simply update and complete the order form to include the gift recipients for each order with gift selections and click on the Submit Order button when complete. Your encrypted order will be sent to us and you will be provided an order confirmation number. |

| 2. To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save or Save this program to disk. |
