The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of opening up interstate commerce but the court does not tell the states how to change their laws. It is up to each state's legislature to react to the ruling and establish and enforce their own alcohol related shipping policies. This will take some time. | Q: I have more than 50 recipients on my order, can I still use your web site? |
| A: Yes, but you will probably find it easier to download our Excel Order Form which can be pre-populated with all of your recipients’ information that you have shipped to in the past. However, if you'd still like to enter your order through our website, you will have to break up your order into separate orders of 50 recipients or less. The total billing will be the same as if it were entered as one complete order. |

| A: We guarantee the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied, simply let us know and we'll make it right!. |

| A: We offer a 5% discount on orders totaling $5,000 or more (excluding shipping and sales tax). We also occasionally offer specials or discounts in our catalogs. You will need to enter that catalog's source code (from the blue box on the back of the catalog) when placing an order via our website to take advantage of any special offer. |

| Q: Can I substitute an item in the basket or create a custom basket? |
| A: We can make substitutions or customize baskets if you order 75 or more of the same basket with a minimum purchase of $3000 prior to November 21, 2008 or after January 13, 2009. |

| A: From May - September many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value or our prices are adjusted accordingly. |
