| We must collect state and local taxes for wine and spa shipments to: AZ, CA, CT, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WV and WI. We are obligated to collect tax at the rate in effect for the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, and we are obligated to collect tax in additional states if we establish a presence in those states. Tax will automatically be calculated for telephone and internet orders. |
