Margherita Flatbread
INGREDIENTS:

1 (13.8-oz.) Pillsbury flatbread pizza crust
1 C mozzarella cheese
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
7 basil leaves, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees, and roll your flatbread crust dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
2. Place your cheese spread out on the crust so it's evenly distributed, then do the same with the tomato slices, then the sliced basil leaves.
3. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. You can add red pepper flakes, shredded parmesan cheese, or salt and pepper to taste before serving.
