The recipe below makes 4 full wraps, or 12 pinwheels after being sliced.

4 Large Tortillas
1/2 lb. Deli Turkey, thinly sliced
1 Medium Tomato
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
1 Carrot, thinly sliced
1 C Spinach
3/4 C Purple Cabbage, shredded
1/2 C Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Ranch dip mix

1. Thoroughly mix your Greek yogurt and Ranch mix powder, and spread evenly over 4 tortillas.
2. Lay 2-3 slices of turkey down the center of each tortilla, then lay out all your thinly sliced veggies as shown here.
3. Roll your tortillas tightly from one of the edges with no turkey.
4. Slice each tortilla roll into 3 pieces, or pinwheels, with a serrated knife, and serve.
