Makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:
3 Apples, diced
1 Cup Seedless Red Grapes, halved
1 C celery, chopped
1/2 C Walnuts
1/3 C Dried Cranberries
1/2 C Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Honey
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mixed Greens

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a mixing bowl, toss your apples, grapes, celery, walnuts, and dried cranberries.
2. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, and honey and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Pour this mixture into your larger bowl and toss the fruits and veggies until everything is dressed. Chill until ready to serve to minimize the apples browning.
4. Serve on a bed of mixed spring greens.
