Thursday, 20 August 2020  • Gift Baskets,

It's about that time of year where the charm of a brand-new classroom full new of fresh faces wears off (if it hasn't already). Teachers are getting tired of all the classic stunts that students enjoy pulling, and begin eyeballing that 1-week block of Thanksgiving vacation with desperation in their eyes. And even though Teacher Appreciation week isn't technically until May, we want to pause a moment and say - Teachers, we see you. We see how hard you're working - the early mornings, the late nights, and the after-hours worries for the kids falling behind or being bullied. The kids you lose sleep over due to concern, the kids who need extra help, the kids who need extra love. We see the fact that the first semester isn't over yet, but you're already exhausted from pouring more of yourself into your classroom than is demanded of you in your contract. We see your sacrifice.

We want you to know that even though the nation isn't "calling" for you to be recognized just yet, that we recognize you all the same. We appreciate you, we need you, and we're thankful for you.

We asked our very own Teacher Appreciation Expert, miss Violet, how she would want to celebrate her teacher, Mrs. Mannigal. Violet chose a gift basket perfectly suited for her, presenting it after school let out for the day. Mrs. Mannigal loved it!

We truly believe that appreciation doesn't need an occasion. If there's a teacher - or anyone, really - who could use a little extra boost to get through the last push of this semester, we've got the perfect solution for you. Contact us and we can help you choose the perfect gift!
