    Basket was never delivered. No note left. No phone call. We waited and tried for 4 days at home for delivery. When I called your customer service, I talked to a lady named Suzanne. She was terribly rude. I have never been treated so badly. I have been a customer of yours for over 12 years that I can remember. I am left with a totally disgusted feeling.
