Ordered a gift basked in plenty of time for our friends first anniversary. Order was delivered THREE days later than the anniversary and Four days late from the CONFIRMED delivery date. I continuously called and tracked the shipment and finally was able to speak with customer service the day before it actually arrived.

The gift basket I ordered, once delivered, was great. The problem was that I had to seriously bother the person I sent the basket to because the delivery person couldn't figure out how to make a call to get someone to open a door. The recipient's office is locked, but there was a sign saying "call this number" and someone would open the door for the delivery. The delivery person couldn't make the call or figure out how to call, so I and the recipient had to take a lot of our time to work things out for the convenience of the delivery. That really took the shine off the gift.
