Well my gift was to be delivered on Jan. 9th, which it was and a note was left, stating they would be back on a certain day between certain hours--never happened!! Arrangements were made for the gift to be re-delivered on a certain day and time--never delivered!! I called Wine country Gifts and spoke to someone after the first issue and the person on the phone was not nice (Jose) kept telling me that there could have not been a time or day given for delivery. My friends Birthday was on Jan. 10th, the gift has been paid for, and still the gift has not been received and it is now Jan. 19th!!!!! Needless to say, I am not happy and will not use Country Wine Baskets again!!!!
