the product was fine but the delivery was not. I paid extra for a 12/24 delivery. It was not delivered that day. I received an email on 12/25 that the item would be delivered on 12/26. I contacted you and you credited me for the delivery cost. Item did not arrive until late in the afternoon on 12/26. I did not feel a sense of urgency from you. Obviously it was important that this item arrive on 12/24.
