I am most grateful for the person in your office who was able to re-route my two gift baskets to different addresses since I wasn't home when UPS delivered them. They were to be delivered to me and I was going to present them to the recipients myself but there was a mix-up in the delivery date. I called your office and the girl there contacted UPS and had them both re-routed to the individual homes. I just got a call that they arrived safely. Thank you to that wonderful person who helped me out.
